《ただし今表に二、裏に四つ》
《切板より》絬双袖《表に三、裏に三、合わせて六、左右十二ひだを取る。露絬を用いる。特に所司大夫より針二十本並びに麻糸等を出す。よって麻糸で所々を緘く。特に白幕並びに縵幕以下座等一式は所司大夫が沙汰する》
《汰する》そして沢田社に詣でて馬上無事を祈る《特に川清にて鞭を三度して再拝し、祝詞を申す》了って着座する《倭文は西上北面、金津は西上南面、自余は年次》
次に倭文・金津出仕の後、各々祓を執る《倭文・金津は絬双袖並びに沢田社参詣、清鞭等了って着座して倭文より次第に勤める》次に身体を祓う
《丸麻一対を陰陽大夫より所司に渡し、よって所司大夫が庁屋に持参して麻机の上に置く》この間神主以下出仕して御所屋に着く《各々儀沓、神人》

その儀はまず湯屋築地より校倉の辺まで、乗尻《倭文・金津》が立ったまま神主に向かって対揖し了る
乗尻は庁屋に入り、神主以下は御所屋に着く《その儀はまず三鳥居に入って一揖、沢田社を過ぎ経て揖し、石橋を渡る。神主・別当は通る》
《御所屋北に昇り西階より着座、座揖・沓揖は常の如し。神主は中央南面、別当は神主の右で東面、所司代・目代等は東階より昇り北上西面、各々高麗縁畳の上に着く。乗尻の座は長床を用いる。特に別当・目代が着座の後、神主に立ち寄って衣文を刷る》
所司代は毛付の用意をする《まず里亭より硯・筆一対、龍形墨一挺《紙で包み、紙捻で三か所を結ぶ》、片木二枚六寸半、紙二枚《水に浸して用いる》、針四本等を覧筥に入れ、並びに番立一通、五日差符左右二通》
《また外に番立一通、五日差符二通、これは名乗りを書かず、乗尻相違の時は書き替えのためである。右差符以下は文箱に入れ、覧筥並びに文箱等を素襖に持たせ、着座の後、見ている輩を差し出す。この時所司代はまず末広を右方に置き、次に硯・筆等を片木に載せて同じく右方に置き、覧筥を便所に置く。次に文箱より差符二通を取り出して片木に載せ右方に置く《ただし左方は少し辺に置くという》次に番立を取り出して礼紙表包を二に折って右脇下に置き、次に番立を披いて前に置いて小刀を抜き左方を押さえ、髪掻きを押して右方に、針四本で四角を刺し、礼紙表包等を文箱に入れて墨を摺る《水は浸紙を硯に入れる》了って筆一対を取り、書こうと思う筆に墨を染め了って末広を持って田口の持参を相待つ》
次に田口・神主出仕の後、直ちに御手洗川西の辺に至って川立の儀を勤める《二十疋の馬を川中に牽き入れさせる儀である》
《特に五郎・大郎に引き入れるべき旨を告げさせる。この時朧以下が口足を清める等、特にこの序に馬飼いがあるという。今はその儀がない。五日には次に粢を少し片木に載せて馬飼いがある。特に馬所より出す》
了って田口が仮名書を所司代の前に持参する《馬の毛色並びに寸尺等をことごとく注付する。特に南階より昇る》この時所司代が披見する《披見し了って初めの如く包んで便所の文箱に入れ置く。この序に倭文・金津・安志等の馬毛色をよくよく覧置く》次に田口が庁屋に参って御馬飼の由を申す《切板の下において申す》次に乗尻が起座して馬に乗り、倭文より次第に乗り進んで御所屋に向かう。この時所司代が筆を執ってその乗尻の名字並びに馬の毛色等を逐一註記する
