転供《五人浄衣刺貫》精進頭人《同上浄衣》陰陽大夫《衣冠召し具足一人》預大夫別当大夫所司大夫《各々浄衣刺貫》文殿《二人。氏の小童十五歳未満、浄衣刺貫を着る。但し刺貫は沙汰人より渡される》太刀帯《二人、文殿と同じ。右四人は代官中語り合い、尤も席次を以て次第を定め、文殿を上首とす。この外代官二人が見繕いのため参勤》等が社頭に参集《但し所司・別当は例の如く贄殿并びに侍屋に参集》

次に神主已下土屋を起ち神前に進む《左右相分かれる》。この時陰陽大夫身体を祓う《常の如し》了りて神前の座に着く《経路并びに進退拝揖常の如し》次に転供《社司透廊に進んだ後》精進頭人《神供進発の前》例座に着く
次に預大夫正祝に御鍵を授ける《経路進退常の如し》次に正祝御戸を開く《拝揖裾操り常の如し》この時社司氏人座を動き平伏
