現代語訳
大夫（緒太を着けず）がこれを取って三度に入れて社司に進める（社司は兼ねて懐中の紙でこれを受けて包む）。次に小預が御菓子（榧以下を紙で包んだもの）を通す。
了えて中門を閉じる。その時各々平伏して退出し、玉橋を渡る。岩本以下は奈良社まで巡拝する（但し奈
良・沢田の祠官はその儀に及ばず直に二鳥居を出て退下する）。事了える（但し大田氏神の祠官は神供をその社において拝殿で直会し、御符米は近便の社司に頼んでこれを受けさせる）。
右の勤方記は県主記経紹・県主記茂有の兼務によるものであり、尤も
秘書であって他見は無用のこと、皆伝の時に渡されるものにつき、
これを写すものである。

英語訳
The master (without wearing ceremonial cords) takes it, places it in the ritual vessel, and presents it to the shrine officials (the shrine officials simultaneously receive and wrap it with paper from their pockets). Next, the assistant administrator passes the sacred confections (kaya nuts and below, wrapped in paper).
When finished, the middle gate is closed. At that time, everyone prostrates and withdraws, crossing the sacred bridge. From Iwamoto and below, they make pilgrimage visits to Nara Shrine (however, the shrine officials of Nara and Sawada do not participate in this ceremony and directly exit through the second torii and withdraw). The ceremony concludes (however, the shrine officials of Ōta clan deity hold a feast with sacred provisions at their shrine in the worship hall, and ask convenient nearby shrine officials to receive the sacred rice for them).
