《御箸二前、御飯《杉形二、円飯二》、鰩一切れ入れたもの十、御盃《四枚台共》、御団子・盃・御たたき・御汁・塩各々を布目土器に》右は朝夕分を一つの御櫃に入れて備える
貴船社日供《賀茂贄殿において炊き、小辛櫃一荷に入れ、毎度木船谷神人が運送する。御酒は筒に入れて送る》
このように丸盤に載せて御台盤に備える

日供当番李品代産幸参勤、兼ねて十一日夜より田口が案内し、当日午の刻に神人が案内して一度社頭に参向《衣冠にてその儀式は三鳥居より二鳥居を経て沓を着け、祢宜方簀子橋・根橋・本社一拝、橋を渡り片岡社一拝、玉橋で横揖、諏訪社一拝、渡殿を経て片岡楼門、中門下で棚尾社一拝、中門に入り本宮に向かい一拝、妻戸より昇り直会所で猶予》次に神供進発《田口がこれに従う》次に神人案内《御供所より高声で呼ぶ》
次に祠官参進して円座に着く《透廊北第一円座》転供を御膳所座に、祠官起座して土居に参進《神人案内の後》一拝、大床に昇り一拝、御台盤安置《まず祢宜方、次に祝方》次に転供第一人が八脚を捧げ参進《打敷絹あり、まず便所に置き、土居に進み一拝了、八脚を捧げ祠官に授ける。次に八脚第二人が御階砌まで渡し、第一人その余内》次に祠官が御台盤上に備える《まず祢宜方、次に祝方》次に御飯を進める《転供御末の御備えの人、初度にこれを捧げ御飯を第一人に授け、直ちに妻戸より出て片岡・新宮・若宮等に参向》
