一 八月十一日御用番松平左近将監《割書：乗｜邑》殿ゟ御呼出ニ付御留守居
罷出候処御領内ゟ出候駒之儀ニ付左之通御書付
被相渡之
領内与り駒出乗料ニいたし家中乗馬ニ而致
成候ハヽ献上仕可然儀も可有之候就夫駒出候ハヽ
大概壱ケ年ニ何疋程宛出候哉可被申聞候献上仕
可然候者其段者追而可及指図候
但領分与り駒出不申候者其趣も可被申聞候

中安藤対馬守信賢殿が出座された。
大納言様へ右同様の御献上につきての御奉書が御渡しされ、十郎左衛門が
帰って御内書を差し上げ、御頂戴された。
端午の祝儀として帷子単物を致し、
来歓と思し召し候。なお水野和泉守が
申すであろう。

右の御請の御書を御使者御使番をもって差し出された。
一 八月十一日、御用番松平左近将監乗邑殿からの御呼び出しにつき御留守居が
参りましたところ、御領内から出る駒の件につき次の通り御書付が
相渡された。
領内より駒が出て乗用にいたし、家中の乗馬にて成り立つ
ならば献上仕るべき儀もあるだろう。ついては駒が出るならば
大体一ヶ年にどれほど出るか申し聞かせるべきである。献上仕る
べき者についてはその件は追って指図に及ぶであろう。
ただし領分より駒が出ない場合はその旨も申し聞かせるべきである。

Regarding the same offering to the Great Minister (Dainagon), an official letter was presented, and Jūrozaemon returned and submitted the imperial letter, which was received.
As a celebration gift for Boys' Day, summer robes were presented,

speak of this matter.

Item: On August 11th, due to a summons from the duty officer Lord Matsudaira Sakon-shōgen Norimura, the resident retainer went to the castle, where the following written directive regarding horses from the domain was presented:
If horses are produced from within the domain for riding purposes and can serve
as mounts for the household retainers, there may be occasions when they should
be offered as tribute. Therefore, if horses are produced, approximately how many
are produced per year should be reported. Regarding which ones should be offered
as tribute, instructions will be given later.
However, if no horses are produced in the domain, that fact should also be reported.
