通例の通りである。この度は社務以下氏人が退出し、御帳をさしかけ参らせることは通例の通りである。その間は東の庇の柱の下で社務は控えるべきである。社務が退出して楼門を出て、反橋を渡って橋殿の西の橋を経て橋殿の土座の中に立つ。社司等は皆退出して反橋に帰参する。宮襷がある。その次第は藤皮を用いて前後にかけ、冠の額を結ぶ。
また祝言があり、所司がこれを用意して社務に渡す。これを笏に取って用意する。橋殿の西の橋、本路を経て橋殿に上る。社務の後ろには氏人の末が立つ。祝の後ろには所司が立つ。橋殿の前の柱二間を置いて社務が立つ。祝言を申し終えれば深く揖して、今一間寄って二の橋の戸をして、社務が祝言を上申してすぐに降りて反橋に

帰って襷を切って水に入れる。反橋に立つ時は社務は南、祝は北である。事が終わってまた帰って橋殿の土間の中に立つ。立ち土器の儀式がある。社司は少しほどに宝殿の東の階を経て横座の南に座す。社司等が座について御馬を回す。その後大机の儀式があり、通例の通りである。酒の土器を下し、大机が参る。御馬に神立ちに祝言の儀があって御馬を走らせて帰る。また馬場にて御馬を走らせることが終われば退出して長屋の座に寄る。橋殿の儀式は絵図に証明する。

As is customary. This time, the shabu (shrine administrators) and below, including the ujibito (clan people), withdraw, and the hanging of the御帳 (sacred curtain) is performed as usual. During this time, the shabu should wait under the eastern eaves pillar. The shabu withdraws, exits through the tower gate, crosses the arched bridge, passes by the western bridge of the bridge hall, and stands in the earthen seat of the bridge hall. All the shashi (shrine officials) withdraw and return to the arched bridge. There is the miya-tasuki (shrine sash). The procedure is to use wisteria bark, hanging it front and back, and tying the forehead of the crown.
There is also a ritual pronouncement, which the shoshi (minor official) prepares and hands to the shabu. This is taken with the shaku (ceremonial baton) and prepared. Via the western bridge of the bridge hall and the main path, one ascends to the bridge hall. Behind the shabu stand the ujibito attendants. Behind the celebrant stands the shoshi. The shabu stands two bays away from the front pillar of the bridge hall. When the ritual pronouncement is finished, he bows deeply, approaches one bay closer, and through the gate of the second bridge, the shabu makes the ritual pronouncement and immediately descends to the arched bridge.

Returning, the sash is cut and put into water. When standing on the arched bridge, the shabu is to the south and the celebrant to the north. When the matter is finished, they return again and stand in the earthen space of the bridge hall. There is a ritual of standing earthenware vessels. The shashi proceeds somewhat to pass by the eastern stairs of the treasure hall and sits south of the side seat. The shashi take their seats and turn the sacred horse around. After this, there is the ritual of the large table, as is customary. Sake cups are lowered and the large table is presented. There is a ritual pronouncement to the divine spirits with the sacred horse, and the sacred horse is run and returns. When the running of the sacred horse in the horse grounds is finished, they withdraw and gather at the seats of the long building. The ritual of the bridge hall is demonstrated in the diagram.
