いだしまいらすべし氏人まい（ 参[朱]）りて給
其後二人の社司退出して師子のうしろの下にざす□
社務退出してひさしのはしらのもとにざす其間に□
御ふく（ 服[朱]）をいだしまいらする （祝か）家子参ておよひて給てわたる□
あはひ（ 間[朱] ）に を（置[朱]）きたてまつる其後祝さか（ 退[朱]）り出し御と（戸[朱]）をおさめ
まいらする其後社務い下退出してめぐりて□
ざすよこざのゝち祝参其次第一番に御さる□

御服を出し参らせる（祝が）家子が参って及んで給うて渡る□
間に置き奉る その後祝が退り出し御戸を納め
参らせる その後社務が以下退出して巡って□
座す横座の後 祝が参る その次第一番に御猿□
参る社に通りぬれば御直会 御調以下御箸
立つ 今日御服給うとし々により五官に分配る
社務は御扇ばかり給うなり 社々の作り物 油物□
事が終われば侍所へ寄る 母屋に指して台盤に着いて
調儀始まり有り 母屋の社司今は七人寄るべし
扈従の氏人一両人末の菅薦に寄ること有り

東の社司が居ながら揖す 次に東が立って西を
