一 今日月次之御礼無之
若君様 御色直御祝儀有之候ニ付熨斗目絹麻半
上下着用五半時出宅致登 城候事
一 今日不参之衆被出候同席衆え及演説候左之通
積気 間部若狭殿
疝積気 土井能登殿
老衆揃之上例惣出仕之通り席々ニ而謁有之同席ハ雁之間
ニて細廊下上之方ゟ被出着座上座我等御色直之御祝儀申上候段
申上之上座越中守殿目出度段被申其節黙して時宜計ニて相済
夫レゟ一旦坊主部屋え扣罷在右老衆御逢前謁相済ニ而残

若君様の御色直し御祝儀があるため、熨斗目絹麻半
上下を着用し、午前九時に出宅して登城したこと
一 今日参上しなかった人々が欠席した理由を同席の人々に説明した。左の通り
積気のため 間部若狭殿
疝積気のため 土井能登殿
老中が揃った上で、例の通り総出仕して席々で謁見があった。同席は雁の間
で、細廊下の上の方から出て着座し、上座で私が御色直しの御祝儀を申し上げる旨を
申し上げた後、上座の越中守殿がめでたいことであると申され、その際は黙して時宜に応じて済ませ、
それから一旦坊主部屋に控えて在った。右の老中との御対面前の謁見が済んで残り

Due to the young lord's iro-naoshi celebration, I wore formal noshime silk-hemp half
kamishimo attire and departed home at 5:30 AM to go to the castle
One: Today I explained to my colleagues the reasons why certain people did not attend, as follows:
Due to shakki (digestive illness) Lord Mamabe Wakasa
Due to senjakki (hernia/abdominal illness) Lord Doi Noto
After the senior councillors assembled, there was an audience in the respective seats as usual for full attendance. My seat was in the Kari-no-ma (Wild Geese Room),
and I came out from the upper part of the narrow corridor, took my seat, and from the upper seat announced that I would offer congratulations for the iro-naoshi celebration.
After I spoke, Lord Echizen-no-kami from the upper seat said it was auspicious. At that moment, I remained silent and concluded appropriately for the occasion.
