妻 池沢志喜右衛門官繁の娘 宝暦四年戌年十月二十八日病死、法名智月院妙達大姉、葬所永命山威徳院
一 享保二十年卯年（月は不詳）御蔵入当座御雇同心に召し抱えられた事
一 元文四年未年（月は不詳）御蔵入同心を仰せ付けられた事
一 宝暦六年子年十二月、吟味所支配無役を仰せ付けられた
ただし、右の勤務中に江戸上屋敷へ小羽板御材木回し方を八年間相勤め、御褒美として鳥目三貫文を下し置かれた事
一 同十三年未年十二月、薪蔵附人を仰せ付けられた事
