一 同九年巳年（月は不詳）年齢の者が御奉公仕り居る由に付き、御薬園へ入れられた節、御目通りにて御酒を下し置かれた事
一 同年九月、所持の植木を差し上げたに付き、銀五両を下し置かれた事
一 同十一年未年十一月二十四日、八十八歳にて病死、法名高松院量山寿栄居士、葬所は同上
