公義御普請役中被相越候節下役
勤宜出精相勤候由を以青さし五百
文被下置候事

免許を仰せ付けられた事
一 同七年寅年（月は不詳）御廻米御用に付き佐渡へ出役した事
一 安永元年辰年（月は不詳）御蔵入村々の地元御改めの御用で、公儀御普請役中が派遣された際、下役勤めをよく出精して相勤めたことにより、青さし五百文を下し置かれた事
一 同六年酉年（月は不詳）蝋検見の御用で、公儀御普請役中が派遣された際、右の御用をよく出精して相勤めたことにより、青さし五百文を下し置かれた事
一 同九年子年四月、御蔵入同心小頭を仰せ付けられた
但し本務の透き間に物書手伝勤めを仰せ付けられた事
一 同年十月、御蔵入役所物書定御雇として召し抜かれた事
一 天明五年巳年四月二十四日、四十四歳にて病死。法名は正覚院寂誉浄光居士、葬
