被下置廻米御雇才領ニ被 召抱候

一 宝永三戌年本才領ニ被
仰付候事
一 正徳元卯年上下免許ニ被

一 享保五子年御番勤御免被成下候
但右勤中江戸京大坂へも罷登関
東筋度々勤番相勤候処年月不
詳候事
一 同十三申年九月廿六日六拾五歳ニ而病死

一 宝永三年戌年、本才領に仰せ付けられた事
一 正徳元年卯年、上下免許に仰せ付けられた事
一 享保五年子年、御番勤を免除していただいた事
ただし右の勤務中、江戸・京都・大坂へも上り、関東筋で度々勤番を勤めたが、年月は不詳である事
一 同十三年申年九月二十六日、六十五歳にて病死
