興ニ奉仕毋者伊場氏女ニ候
一 明暦元未年三月判金三枚拾人
扶持被下置儒者ニ被 召出江戸常
詰ニ被成置御書物御相手等被
仰付度々会津表江も罷下相勤
罷在候処
土津様本朝之道御崇敬被遊
吉川惟足門弟ニ罷成候様被
仰付神道修学二事得相伝段々

申上候処後惟足【朱書 ◦】御門弟ニ被為成唯授
御壱人之道統御相続被遊
【朱書 御逝去以後本朝旧式を以見祢山へ御鎮座可被遊】
思召ニ付安休子孫迄神主職可奉仕
之旨被 仰付其後御加増被下置都合
金五拾両拾五人扶持ニ被成下置候

一 万治三子年三月宜御相手致候由ニ付
真綿五把金拾五両被下置候

現代語訳
興に奉仕、母は伊場氏の女である
一 明暦元年未年三月、判金三枚十人扶持を下し置かれ、儒者として召し出され、江戸常詰めとされ、御書物の御相手等を仰せ付けられ、度々会津表へも下って相勤め罷り在った処、
土津様が本朝の道を御崇敬遊ばされ、
吉川惟足の門弟となるよう仰せ付けられ、神道修学の事を得て相伝し段々

申し上げた処、後に惟足【朱書 御】門弟とされ、唯授
御一人の道統を御相続遊ばされ
【朱書 御逝去以後本朝旧式を以て見祢山へ御鎮座遊ばされるべし】
思し召しにより、安休子孫まで神主職を奉仕すべき
旨を仰せ付けられ、その後御加増を下し置かれ都合
金五十両十五人扶持とされ下し置かれた

一 同三酉年五月、席を日向徳円次と仰せ付けられた事
一 万治三子年三月、宜しく御相手を致したということにより、
真綿五把金十五両を下し置かれた

According to this intention, it was ordered that Ankyū's descendants should serve in the position of head priest
and thereafter he was granted an increase, bringing the total to
fifty ryō in gold and a stipend for fifteen people
一 In the 5th month of the same 3rd year, Year of the Rooster, he was appointed to a seat next to Hyūga Tokuenzi
一 In the 3rd month of Manji 3, Year of the Rat, for having served well as a companion,
he was granted five bundles of raw silk and fifteen ryō in gold
