現代語訳
一 寛文七年未年二月、御領内神社の御改正を仰せ付けられ、友松勘十郎・木本九郎左衛門・村田与田夫と一同に巡村して神社の邪正を相糺し、神体を改め封じ、卜部神道の神社に一統に相改めた。その後神社についての御書物が出来、右の跋を認めるよう仰せ付けられ、相調え差し上げ献上した。その節、会津神社官領卜部末流の号をお許し下された事
一 同年、御領内の社家共を残らず御預かりとなされ、中臣祓等を急いで読み習うよう仰せ付けられ、指南仕った事
一 同年二月、御直筆の御書き物を拝領するよう仰せ付けられた事
一 同八年申年十二月、当座の為の御合力として金十五両を下し置かれた事
一 同九年酉年九月、伊勢参宮を仰せ付けられ、金子二十両を下し置かれ、上って同十月に帰府仕った事

一 In the 2nd month of Kanbun 7, Year of the Sheep, he was ordered to reform the shrines within the domain. Together with Tomomatsu Kanjūrō, Kimoto Kurōzaemon, and Murata Yodayū, he made inspection tours of villages to investigate the orthodoxy of shrines, reformed and sealed the sacred objects, and uniformly converted all shrines to Urabe Shinto. Later, when official documents about the shrines were completed, he was ordered to write an epilogue for them, which he prepared and submitted. On that occasion, he was granted permission to use the title of Aizu Shrine Administrator, descendant of the Urabe lineage.
一 In the same year, all shrine priests within the domain were placed under his supervision, and he was ordered to have them quickly learn to recite the Nakatomi Purification Prayer and other texts, which he instructed.
一 In the 2nd month of the same year, he was ordered to receive a handwritten document from his lord.
一 In the 12th month of the same 8th year, Year of the Monkey, he was granted fifteen ryō in gold as immediate financial assistance.
一 In the 9th month of the same 9th year, Year of the Rooster, he was ordered to make a pilgrimage to Ise, granted twenty ryō in gold, made the journey, and returned to the capital in the 10th month of the same year.
