現代語訳
仕り、若松において住吉川原の諸社神体を残らず相渡した事
一 同年十二月、御神事料として金十五両ずつを下し置かれる旨を仰せ聞かされた事
一 同年、一子がおりましたが、俗家から直に神家になる儀は恐れ入る故、幸い芝神明宮の氏子でありますので、神主西東形部の氏を申し請けて名乗る趣きを申し上げ、倅の儀を西東左内と改めた事
一 同年
土津様が御逝去遊ばされ、御葬送の御式を任せられ相勤め、見弥山へ御鎮座の以後、御墓主を仰せ付けられ三ヶ年引き通し相勤めたが、病気により江戸表へ罷り登った
