従江戸罷下候節奥州白川駅ニ於
ゐて六拾三歳ニ而病死葬所猪苗
代神道山霊号進切霊社見祢山

一 同年九月、今度の御遷宮につき精を出し、首尾よく相済んだことへの御祝儀として銀子五枚を下し置かれた事

一 同六午年十二月、猪苗代見祢山御社に納めた物の御配分として左の通り下し置かれた

一 In the 9th month of the same year, for his dedicated efforts during the recent shrine relocation (gosen-gū) which was completed successfully, he was granted five pieces of silver as congratulatory reward.
一 In the 4th year, Year of the Dragon (1664) 《marginal note: month unclear》, he went up to Edo, and while ill, through his ingenuity, he received transmission of the secret mysteries of the "Three Matters" from the late Koretari.
一 In the 6th year, Year of the Horse (1666), in the 12th month, he was granted the following distribution of items offered to Inawashiro Mineyama Shrine:
Twenty pieces of silver Three kosode robes Three haori jackets
Two katabira summer robes Three head coverings Three pairs of tabi socks
Three boxes of folding fans
一 On the 29th day of the 5th month of Tenna 1, Year of the Rooster (1681), his illness worsened and while returning from Edo, he died of illness at age sixty-three at Shirakawa Station in Ōshū. His burial place was Shintō-zan in Inawashiro, his posthumous spiritual title was Shinkiri Reisha, and he became a subsidiary shrine for Mineyama Shrine.
