  妾氏不詳  《割書:江戸金杉|生之由》 《割書:享保十一午年六月六日病死|霊号護誠姫神霊葬所同上》 一 寛文十二子年十一月初而御契約之   御目見被 仰付 御側江被為   召手を御取被遊 御手自御熨斗   被下置丈夫ニ成人仕候与之   御意且親安休は二事之相伝仕   候汝ハ三事之相伝仕承 御社頭へ   可奉仕之旨奉蒙 御意候事 一 寛文十二子年十二月黄金三枚被   下置候事 一 延宝元丑年二月従江戸罷下社   人被 仰付   土津様御葬送御用相勤其後   御形代様御遥拝殿へ 御安置   被遊親安休江随従御神事相   勤候事 一 同年十二月暮ゟ為御合力黄金三   枚ツヽ被下置候    但其後被為増金弐拾弐両二分ニ

現代語訳

妾 氏不詳  《割書:江戸金杉生まれという》 《割書:享保十一午年六月六日病死、霊号護誠姫神霊、葬所同上》 一 寛文十二子年十一月、初めて御契約の御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御側へ召し寄せられ、手を御取り遊ばされ、御手ずから御熨斗を下し置かれ、「丈夫に成人仕れ」との御意があり、また「親安休は二事の相伝を仕る、汝は三事の相伝を仕り承け、御社頭へ奉仕すべし」との旨の御意を蒙った事 一 寛文十二子年十二月、黄金三枚を下し置かれた事 一 延宝元丑年二月、江戸より罷り下り社人を仰せ付けられ、土津様御葬送の御用を相勤め、その後御形代様を御遥拝殿へ御安置遊ばされ、親安休に随従して御神事を相勤めた事 一 同年十二月暮れより御合力として黄金三枚ずつを下し置かれた    ただしその後増やされて金二十二両二分となった

英語訳

Concubine: family name unknown  《marginal note: said to be born in Edo Kanasugi》 《marginal note: died of illness on the 6th day of the 6th month of Kyōhō 11, Year of the Horse, posthumous spiritual title Goshin-hime Shinrei, burial place same as above》 一 In the 11th month of Kanbun 12, Year of the Rat (1672), he was granted his first formal audience (gokeitaku no omemie), was summoned to the lord's side, had his hand taken by the lord, was personally given dried abalone (go-noshi) by the lord's own hand, and received the lord's words "grow up to be a strong man." Additionally, he received the lord's instruction that "while your father Ankyū has received transmission of the Two Matters, you shall receive transmission of the Three Matters and serve at the shrine." 一 In the 12th month of Kanbun 12, Year of the Rat (1672), he was granted three pieces of gold. 一 In the 2nd month of Enpō 1, Year of the Ox (1673), he returned from Edo and was appointed as a shrine official (shanin). He served in the funeral rites for Lord Hoshina Masayuki (Dotsū-sama), and afterward, when the lord's symbolic representation (go-katashiro) was enshrined in the distant worship hall (go-yōhaiden), he served in the Shinto rituals following his father Ankyū. 一 From the end of the 12th month of the same year, he was granted three pieces of gold each time as financial support (go-gōriki).    However, this was later increased to twenty-two ryō and two bu in gold.
