現代語訳

一　正徳三巳年七月、病気につき息子左内が御社用・御祭礼御用・社家支配を共に勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事

一　同年八月、御祭礼の節、御拝殿において格式は猪苗代士の次に仰せ付けられた旨を三宅孫兵衛が仰せ聞かされた事

一　同四午年三月十日、五十四歳にて病死。霊号は鎮節霊社、葬所は同上

一　元禄十五午年、親の願いにより江戸表へ勤学のため万事自力を以って罷り登り、三年修行仕って罷り下った

　　但し、この後宝永五子年、勤学のため江戸表へ

英語訳

一　In the 7th month of Shōtoku 3, Year of the Snake (1713), due to illness, his son Sanai was ordered to jointly serve in shrine affairs, festival duties, and supervision of shrine families.

一　In the 8th month of the same year, at the festival, he was assigned a ceremonial rank next to the Inawashiro samurai at the worship hall, as conveyed by Miyake Magobei.

一　On the 10th day of the 3rd month of the 4th year, Year of the Horse (Shōtoku 4, 1714), he died of illness at age 54. His posthumous name was Chinsetsu Reisha, buried at the same location as above.

一　In Genroku 15, Year of the Horse (1702), at his father's request, he went up to Edo for study entirely at his own expense, practiced for three years, and returned.
