納戸江罷出相勤候事
一 同八申年六月仲ヶ間一同御旗与力ニ被
仰付是迄之通一同西中御門相勤候様
被 仰付候事
一 同月廻方兼務被 仰付候事
一 同年十二月兼務廻り方乍相勤町役所
旧記調被 仰付酉十二月迄相勤候事
一 寛政元酉年十二月御旗皆勤いたし
出精仕候段御称美被成下候事
一 同三亥年七月 公儀囚人横地右近義
越国筋ニ居候聞有之廻り方へ召捕候様
被 仰付候節御人指を以主役被 仰付廻り
同心并郷廻之者共以上七人召連罷越越
国白川領於五泉召捕候処右近ニハ無之士中
浪人ニ而帯刀いたし居右近一同御家中
三ヶ所ゟ盗取候大小三ヶ通不残売散し
候ニ付水原御領并新発田表迄罪人
召連相廻り先ニ掛合右盗物之品とも
不残無代ニ而取戻し八月中帰国仕候事

一 同8年申年6月、仲ヶ間一同が御旗与力に
仰せ付けられ、これまでの通り一同で西中御門を勤めるよう
仰せ付けられた事
一 同月、廻方兼務を仰せ付けられた事
一 同年12月、兼務の廻り方を勤めながら町役所の
旧記調べを仰せ付けられ、酉12月まで勤めた事
一 寛政元年酉年12月、御旗を皆勤し
出精した段について御称美を成し下された事
一 同3年亥年7月、公儀囚人横地右近が
越国筋にいるとの情報があり、廻り方へ召し捕るよう
仰せ付けられた節、御人指により主役を仰せ付けられ、廻り
同心並びに郷廻りの者ども以上7人を召し連れて越後へ赴き、
越国白川領五泉において召し捕った所、右近ではなく士中の
浪人で帯刀していた者で、右近一同が御家中の
3ヶ所から盗み取った大小3通を残らず売り散らして
いたので、水原御領並びに新発田表まで罪人を
召し連れて廻り、先方に掛け合って右の盗品を
残らず無代で取り戻し、8月中に帰国した事
一 同4年子年4月、去年中に召し捕った御用のため廻

One Same 3rd year (1791), boar year, 7th month, there was information that the shogunate prisoner Yokochi Ukon was in the Echigo province area, and when ordered to capture him through the patrol section, was appointed as chief through official appointment, led seven men including patrol officers and rural patrol personnel to Echigo province, and captured him at Gosen in Echigo Shirakawa domain. However, it was not Ukon but a masterless samurai wearing swords, and Ukon's group had stolen and sold off all three sets of long and short swords taken from three locations in the domain. Therefore, took the criminals around to Mizuhara domain and Shibata area, negotiated with the authorities there, recovered all the stolen goods without payment, and returned to the domain in the 8th month
