一 寛保元酉年十一月御下向ニ付御供
仕罷下候筈之処会津表庖瘡流
行候由ニ付御残被置御留主中
愿彰院様御相手相勤候様被
仰付候事
一 同二戌年十月去年御留主主中
読出致出精候由為聞召奇特被
思召御召古御小袖壱ツ被下置候
但御品は於 御前被下置候事
一 同三亥年正月親願之通嫡子ニ被
仰付候事
一 同年四月 御下向之節御先番ニ
而罷下翌子四月御参勤之節御
跡番ニ而罷登候事
一 延享元子年正月半元服被
仰付御膳番見習被 仰付候事
一 同年十一月亀龍之文字御筆被下

現代語訳
番として登城したこと
一 寛保元年（酉年）11月 御下向に付き御供として下向する予定であったが、会津表で疱瘡が流行しているとのことで御残しに置かれ、御留守中は愿彰院様の御相手を勤めるよう仰せ付けられたこと
一 同2年（戌年）10月 去年の御留守中によく読み出しに精を出したということをお聞き召しになり、奇特にお思いになって、御召し古しの御小袖一つを下賜された
ただし、この御品は御前において下賜されたこと
一 同3年（亥年）正月 親の願いの通り嫡子に仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年4月 御下向の際に御先番として下向し、翌子年4月の御参勤の際には御跡番として登城したこと
一 延享元年（子年）正月 半元服を仰せ付けられ、御膳番見習を仰せ付けられたこと
一 同年11月 亀龍の文字を御筆で下賜されたこと
一 同2年（丑年）4月 馬術に精を出すことにより御馬

1. 11th month of Kanpō 1 (Year of the Rooster) - Was scheduled to accompany the lord as an attendant during his journey to the domain, but due to a smallpox outbreak in Aizu, was ordered to remain behind and serve as companion to Ganshōin-sama during the lord's absence
1. 10th month of Kanpō 2 (Year of the Dog) - Having heard that he had diligently performed his reading duties during the previous year's absence, the lord thought this admirable and granted him one used small-sleeved kimono from the lord's own wardrobe

1. 1st month of Kanpō 3 (Year of the Boar) - Appointed as heir as requested by his father
1. 4th month of the same year - Served as advance guard during the lord's journey to the domain, and served as rear guard during the lord's return to Edo in the 4th month of the following rat year
1. 1st month of Enkyō 1 (Year of the Rat) - Underwent partial coming-of-age ceremony and was appointed as apprentice to the meal service attendants
1. 11th month of the same year - Granted calligraphy of the characters "Kiryū" written by the lord's own hand
1. 4th month of Enkyō 2 (Year of the Ox) - Due to diligent practice of horsemanship, [granted] a horse
