上った。
一、同月 鳳翔院様が江戸から日光へ御参詣なさるにつき、御道中で山崎左助と交代で御供を仕り、日光において両人ともに布衣を着て御刀番役を相勤めた。
一、同年十月 （江戸から）帰国した。
一、同四辰年四月 勤番として江戸表へ上り、同年十月に帰国した。
一、同五巳年十月 御供として勤番で上ったところ、土津様が三田御屋敷へ御移転、鳳翔院様が芝御屋敷の御表へ御移りになったため、御付き届けも多々あることから、河手郷左衛門・一柳四郎左衛門・山崎左助・奥平主税が不在の節には、御客様の御送迎並びに御使者がある時の御取次、代然の時分には御意がなくとも伺いを奉じて御返答を相勤めるべく、山田兵左衛門・村田甚左衛門・一瀬勘助と四人にて一人ずつ絶えず御次に
