現代語訳
一 同年十二月、年来精を出して相勤め、御省略方（経費節減）をも任せられて特に勤労したことにより、御褒美として御羽織一着、銀子五枚を下し置かれた。
一 同二年戌年十二月、新番頭を仰せ付けられ、御役料五十石をこれまで通り下し置かれ、纏馬印の御免を成される旨を仰せ出された。
一 同三年亥年三月、会津において乗物の御免の旨を仰せ出された。
一 同年八月、追鳥狩に参加した。
一 同年九月、当追鳥狩の儀について、両度の狩ともに隊々の連属・都合の次第がよく相見え、備え・列伍・進退等が相揃い、畢竟精を出してよく差図に及んだ儀であると思し召される旨を仰せ出された。
一 文化元年子年二月、願いの通り御役義を御免され、内願の通り直ちに隠居を仰せ付けられた。
