一 同四年卯年九月、慣らし馬揃えの節に罷り出た。
但しこの後、追鳥狩りの節に一度罷り出て、御称詞を成し下された。
一 同七年午年十二月、番頭組々頭を仰せ付けられた。
一 同八年未年八月、追鳥狩りの節に罷り出た。
但しこの後一度罷り出た。
一 同年十二月、当追鳥狩りの節、備えの甲士の列伍・足並み等がよろしく相揃い、運用滞りなく、段々兼ねてより合隊稽古をも精出してよろしく差配に及んだ儀と思し召される旨を仰せ出された。
一 同十二年亥年十月二十九日、五十二歳にて病死。法名義孝院殿忠山敬信居士、葬所は同上。

One: In the fourth year, Year of the Rabbit, ninth month, he participated in the horse training parade (narashi-umazoroe).
Note: After this, he participated once in a hunting expedition (tsuitori-gari) and received words of praise.
One: In the seventh year, Year of the Horse, twelfth month, he was appointed as bantō kumiganashira (captain of guard units).
One: In the eighth year, Year of the Sheep, eighth month, he participated in a hunting expedition.
Note: After this, he participated once more.
One: In the same year, twelfth month, during the hunting expedition, the formation of armored soldiers, their ranks and footwork were well coordinated, operations proceeded without delay, and it was proclaimed that he had diligently trained in joint military exercises and excellently managed the arrangements.
One: On the twenty-ninth day of the tenth month of the twelfth year, Year of the Boar, he died of illness at age fifty-two. His posthumous Buddhist name was Gikō-in-den Chūzan Keishin Koji, buried in the same location as above.
