御目見被 仰付候事
一 同三寅年十二月御堀浚惣出候節
自身働いたし寒移之時分泥中
之業別而辛労成儀ニ候処踏込出精
果敢行ニ相成候ニ付御酒被下置候事
一 同十二亥年十二月跡式御知行三百
五拾石無御相違被下置芸術為修
行一ノ小普請組外様士被
仰付候事
一 同十三子年七月文武之芸術致
出精御定之格ニ至候ニ付御家老附外
様士被 仰付候
但三番組へ入 御城御番相勤候事
一 同十四丑年八月大野原追鳥狩之
節罷出獲物拝領仕候事
一 同年十月当追鳥狩之儀御場被
転手始ニ候処列伍足並等宜相揃隊
々致聯属運用無滞段兼而合隊
稽古をも別而出精候儀と被 思召
候旨相組一同御称美被下候事

御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一 同三年寅年十二月、御堀浚えの総出の節、
自身働いて寒い時分に泥中の
仕事で特に辛労な事であったが、踏み込んで精を出し
果敢に行ったので御酒を下し置かれた事
一 同十二年亥年十二月、跡式の御知行三百
五十石を相違なく下し置かれ、芸術修
行のため一ノ小普請組外様士に
仰せ付けられた事
一 同十三年子年七月、文武の芸術に精を出し
御定めの格に至ったので御家老附外
様士に仰せ付けられた
ただし三番組へ入り、御城御番を勤めた事
一 同十四年丑年八月、大野原追鳥狩の
節に出向いて獲物を拝領した事
一 同年十月、当追鳥狩の儀で御場を
転じて手始めであったが、列伍足並み等がよく揃い、隊
々が連属して運用に滞りなく、かねてより合隊の
稽古にも特に精を出していた事と思し召し
された旨で、相組一同御称美を下された事
