此度格別之 思召を以
御代々様被 仰出候儀者勿論
分而者享保寛政之御政事

仰出候儀者誠以難有心悦之

流弊いたし候を仕来之様子

書き取り
この度格別の思し召しをもって
御代々様が仰せ出された儀は勿論のこと、
分けても享保・寛政の御政事
向きに立ち返るようにとの
仰せ出しの儀は誠に有り難く心悦ばしい
御事でございます。総じて諸御役所向きで
取り扱う事柄がいつの間にか
流弊を生じているのを仕来りの様子と
心得ている向きもあるかと思われます。
そのようなことがあってはならない筈です。この度
以後、右の御趣意を各々厚く心得て、
享保・寛政の御規矩に基づき、
近来の弊風を改めるようにしなければ
叶わない事です。よって向々において

Written Record
This time, with special consideration,
the matters proclaimed by successive lords are of course important,
but particularly the directive to return to
the governmental policies of the Kyōhō and Kansei eras
is truly grateful and joyous.
Generally, in various government offices,
the matters being handled have gradually
developed corrupt practices, and some may regard these
as established customs.
Such things should not be allowed. From this time
forward, each person should deeply understand the aforementioned intentions,
and based on the regulations of the Kyōhō and Kansei eras,
recent corrupt customs must be
reformed. Therefore, in each department
