南油町・左内町・新右衛門町・本材木町一丁目から四丁目まで、新左衛門町場残らず、久留間町にて止まる。また一方は坂本町・海賊橋焼け落ちる。牧様は無事。茅場町裏表残らず。薬師堂・山王御社地内残らず。代官屋敷残らず。九鬼様・細川様は残る。松平越中守様は半焼。北島町・貸町・地蔵橋辺りの火の見櫓は残る。大通り辺りの御組屋敷・亀島橋は残る。霊岸島・川口町・長崎町・湊町・越前堀・南新川・霊岸島・鉄砲洲稲荷社は残るのみ。湊町辺り・十軒町・細川様御屋敷・松平阿波守様御屋敷、この辺り残らず。南八丁堀辺り、それより佃島へ移り、住吉社・漁師町残らず。石川島は残る。翌四つ時（午前10時）にようやく火が静まる。

この節白米値段両に四斗二升、町米百文五合五勺並び白六合、油追々値上げ。地水三十三両二分、残りは少々下落。正取引百三十九両まで行った所、百三十二三両に取引したとのこと。

Minami-abura-machi, Sanai-machi, Shin-emon-machi, Hon-zaimoku-machi from 1st to 4th districts, Shinzaemon-machi area all burned completely, stopped at Kurema-machi. Another route: Sakamoto-machi, Kaizoku Bridge burned and collapsed. Lord Maki was safe. Kayaba-machi front and back all burned. Yakushi-do temple, Sanno shrine grounds all burned. Magistrate's residence all burned. Lords Kuki and Hosokawa remained safe. Lord Matsudaira Etchū-no-kami half burned. Kitajima-machi, Kashi-machi, fire watchtower near Jizō Bridge remained. Gokumi residences around the main street and Kamejima Bridge remained. Only Reigan-jima, Kawaguchi-machi, Nagasaki-machi, Minato-machi, Echizen-bori, Minami-shinkawa, Reigan-jima, and Teppōzu Inari Shrine remained. Around Minato-machi, Jikken-machi, Lord Hosokawa's residence, Lord Matsudaira Awa-no-kami's residence - none of this area remained. Minami-hatchōbori area, from there spreading to Tsukuda-jima, Sumiyoshi Shrine, fishermen's quarters all burned completely. Ishikawa-jima remained. The next day at 4 o'clock (10 AM) the fire finally subsided.

At this time white rice prices: 4 to 2 shō per ryō, town rice 100 mon for 5 gō 5 shaku, regular white 6 gō, oil prices gradually rising. Land/water 33 ryō 2 bu, remainder slightly declining. Regular trading reached up to 139 ryō, but traded at 132-133 ryō.
