廉々取広く条約取結度旨申立魯西亜之儀ハ
貿易御指許ニも相成居候儀ニ付申立件々精
々判談之上取結亜墨利加振合を以条約御取
結ニ 相成候然ル所兼々風聞之通此節英吉利
船追々渡来十分之条約取結之儀申立仏蘭西
船も近々渡来可致由ニ付是又精々及判談申
立候条取縮亜墨利加之振を以条約御取結可

叡慮之趣被
御進候次第も有之候ニ付下総守儀御使被
仰付不日上京之上無余儀訳柄委細及言上候

条々取り広く条約取り結びたい旨申し立て、ロシアの儀は
貿易御許可にも相成り居る儀につき申し立て件々、精々
判談の上取り結び、アメリカ振り合いを以て条約御取り
結びに相成った。然るところ兼々風聞の通り、この節イギリス
船追々渡来、十分の条約取り結びの儀申し立て、フランス
船も近々渡来致すべき由につき、これまた精々判談に及び申し
立て候条、取り縮めアメリカの振りを以て条約御取り結び
あるべく候。尤も先達て
叡慮の趣き
御進め候次第もこれあり候につき、下総守儀御使い
仰せ付けられ、不日上京の上やむを得ない訳柄委細言上に及び候
筈につき、この段申し上ぐべき事

Moreover, since there have been circumstances where His Majesty's intentions were presented previously, Lord Shimosa-no-kami has been appointed as an envoy and is scheduled to go to Kyoto shortly to report in detail on the unavoidable circumstances, so this matter should be reported.
