《七十三度|七十六度》となり、終日風が吹き、夜中は曇る 六日 朝より快晴、残暑強し。夕方西の方で少々雷の音。夜五ツ半過ぎより雨降り、四ツ時に止む 《七十三度|八十六度》 《種粕四十四、五貫目|頭粕両二十貫目》 七日 朝薄曇り。四ツ時より小雨降り、四、五時 《七十四度|江戸玄米近頃にても》より照り立ち蒸し暑し。昼八ツ時頃より雷 《当月初 阿波米|上物買い入れ候所》の音、大雨一時間ほどでやむ。夜中晴れ 《四斗八升》 八日 朝より快晴、冷気あり。終日天気良し、風なし 《七十三度|七十九度》夜中大雨、夕方まで 《水戸上下町白米|百文に七合、新米》《鰹漁の事、浜に全くなかりし所|昨日□より鰹漁の事これあり候》 《七合五勺御達し出る|中山様籾昨年物》 《今日相場二十八俵》   越前中将様御直書の写し  このたび仰せ付けられ候一件につき、定めて一統不服の向きも  これあるべく候えども、我等の義、従来丹情を尽くし候は畢竟  御家門の身として敬い、ひたすら  公辺御為と存じ詰め候義は、一身の吉凶禍福を厭い  候所存いささかもこれなき事に候。このたび家督の儀、  相違なく日向守へ下され候はば、上は益々御国内の  御治平は申すに及ばず  公辺永久の御栄を神明に誓い、専ら祈り致すべく存じ居り候儀に候

In matters I consider pressing, I have not the slightest  intention of being concerned about personal fortune or misfortune. If this time the succession matter  is granted to Hyuga-no-kami without fail, then above all, the peaceful governance of the domain  goes without saying,  I swear to the gods and will earnestly pray for the eternal prosperity of the authorities
