心痛しております。右の諸方面への手当てが猶予できず、去月二十四日以来引き続き夥しい入用で、必至と差し支え、在所一帯最寄り一円のことで、金子調達の手段もございません。殊に前書きの通り引き続き莫大な入用が嵩み、困窮が差し迫っている折柄、今般前代未曾有の天災で、急速に国民救済方の手当てを申し付けましたが、前書きの仕合いで、この上のところ行き届き難く、甚だ心痛当惑しております。これにより願い奉ることも甚だ以て恐れ入り存じますが、可能なことでございましたら、格別の御憐愍を以て、何卒金二千両を当節拝借いたしたく存じます。右の願いの通り仰せ付けられましたら、諸方面の急場難渋を相救うことはもちろん、数ヶ村の者どもが飢餓に及ばないよう手当ても出来申すと、難在な仕合いと存じます。右の返上納方のことは容易ではない訳柄で、願い奉る拝借金のことにつき、御指図次第取り計らい返上仕りますので、御慈評により願いの通り仰せ付けられ、成し下し置かれますよう、偏に願い奉ります。以上
