私の代官所の御領所である信州高井郡・水内郡の村々の件について、当月二十四日夜戌の刻頃から亥の刻頃にかけて大地震があり、それから絶え間なく震動し、折々地震が発生し、翌二十五日卯の刻頃にようやく鎮まりました。ところが地所が割れ裂け、泥水が吹き出し、潰れた家や人・牛馬の死失が多く、家内が残らず死に絶えた者どもも有り、怪我人が夥しく、一村すべてが潰れ家になった村々もあります。前代未聞の変事の趣で、追々届け出が出ています。陣屋許の中野村については損害のあった家等があった程度で、陣屋とも別条ございません。詳細については追って申し上げますが、まずこの件をお届け申し上げます。以上 信州高井郡中野陣屋
