第一 宗門帳ニ関スル事項

第一 宗門帳に関する事項
現在の戸籍に関する事項であり、戸主
はこれに関して現在の裁判官の権限を
有していた
第二 石高並びに土地に関する事項
現在の登記に関する事項であり、毎年
の初めにその加除を行うこと。売買は
すべて名主の奥書を必要とすること。検地並びに
村境の決定は名主立会いによること

Article 1: Matters Concerning Religious Registry (Shūmon-chō)
These are matters related to what is now the family register system, and the
household head possessed authority equivalent to that of present-day judges
in these matters
Article 2: Matters Concerning Rice Yield Assessment (Takaire) and Land
These are matters related to what is now land registration. The additions and
deletions must be made at the beginning of each year. All land transactions
require the endorsement of the village headman. Land surveys and
determination of village boundaries must be conducted with the village
headman in attendance
