現代語訳
大太法師は「お前たちを本国へ帰そう」と富士山に寄りかかり、近江の水海（琵琶湖）を踏みまたいで舟を手のひらに乗せ、「ふう」と息を吹きかけると、追い風が激しく吹いて、一瞬のうちに鳥羽の港に到着した。みんなそれぞれ妻子に会って喜ぶこと。お互いに元気で、めでたい、めでたい。

The Great Dharma Master said, "I shall return you all to your home country," and leaning against Mount Fuji, he straddled Lake Biwa in Omi Province, placed the boat on his palm, and blew "whoosh" with his breath. A tremendous tailwind arose, and in an instant they arrived at Toba Port. Everyone rejoiced at meeting their wives and children again. All were in good health - how auspicious, how auspicious!
