現代語訳
には四苓散加滑石を用いる。舌苔があって煩渇し冷水を好むものには白虎湯を用いる。寒熱往来があって胸脇が苦満し、嘔気もあって小便が少なく渇きがあるものには柴苓湯を与えるべきである。

初めに下痢をし、麻疹が発症し、熱が解け、麻疹が乾いて食事が進むのは順調である。食事が進まず、下痢が止まって舌に黄苔がつき、大便が秘結し腹脹と熱があるものには三黄湯、黄連解毒湯を選んで用いるべきである。腹満し熱が実して大便が四五日通じず譫語するものには大承気湯を与えてよい。当歳の小児で肥満し体格が強く大便秘結するものがある。この児をそのまま放置すれば短命である。紫円を折々用い、甘連加大黄湯を継続して

Initially having diarrhea, then measles erupting, fever resolving, rash drying up, and appetite returning is the normal course. When appetite does not return, diarrhea stops, yellow coating appears on the tongue, constipation occurs with abdominal distension and fever, select and use Sanhuang Tang or Huanglian Jiedu Tang. For those with abdominal fullness, excess heat, no bowel movement for four to five days, and delirium, Dachengqi Tang may be given. Among children of the current year, there are those who are obese, robust, and severely constipated. If such children are left untreated, they will have short lives.
