現代語訳

そのようなものには茅の卯を握らせておいて、三黄加犀角湯を与える。大便を瀉下させるには犀角地黄湯を用いる。すべて吐血の症状に薬を調合し煎じる時間もあれば、先に蓮根、白及、大根等の手近にあるものをすりおろして生姜の自然汁を加えて用いるべきである。

麻疹で嘔吐するのは普通のことである。食物も薬も共に吐するものには半夏茯苓湯に生姜を加えて用いる。それでも治まらず嘔吐の強いものには三黄湯を用いるべきである。吐けば用い、吐けば用い、再三すれば薬気が胃中に残って嘔吐が止む。

諸病で嘔吐が止まず甚だしいのは、食物も薬も水湯も咽喉を下ればそのまま吐く。いかなる良方妙薬も及ばず、ただ座視するのみである。たとえば紙袋にものを入れるようなものである。始めにふっと風を吹き入れれば口が張る。そこへ入れれば這入る。始めにふっと言わせれば

Vomiting in measles is normal. For those who vomit both food and medicine, use Pinellia and Poria Decoction with added ginger. For those with persistent strong vomiting that does not subside, Three Yellows Decoction should be used. Use when vomiting occurs, use when vomiting occurs - after repeated applications, the medicinal qi remains in the stomach and vomiting stops.
