現代語訳
恨んでも内に顧みて恥じることはないはずである。
麻疹で咽喉が大いに腫れ、飲食することができず、呼吸も息が詰まりそうになるには、指の高陽の穴、足の隠白より鍼を以て刺し血を取るべし。血が出れば速やかによく、妙である。
麻疹で舌が痛み、舌瘡のようになるのは、雌黄、蒲黄を塗るのもよい。辰砂もよい。
目が痛み赤く爛れるものに排毒湯を用い、芦眼石、氷片を水にて溶き洗うてよし。
麻疹後、耳より膿が出るもの、或いは痒みや痛みがあるもの

When measles causes tongue pain that becomes like tongue sores, applying realgar or cattail pollen is good. Cinnabar is also good.
For eyes that are painful, red, and ulcerated, use Paidoku-tō (Toxin-Expelling Decoction), and wash with alum and saltpeter dissolved in water.
After measles, for pus discharge from the ears, or cases with itching and pain:
