そもそも麻疹（はしか）というものは、人が一生に一度、天然痘と同じく患う病気である。天然痘は先天の胎毒が血の部分にあるもので、天行の疫病に触れて発症するものである。麻疹は先天の胎毒が気の部分にあるもので、これも気運によって十二[歳頃に発症する]
