現代語訳
方法を縦横に用い、私の憶見を交えて治方を決し、試みたところの、いわゆる実地の稽古によって麻疹の治療法を合点したのである。昇平の御代に諸道が大いに開け、我が道に心を用いる人も多いことなので、専門家やその門人が示す優れた案もあるであろう。この書は私が門弟子に口授することを記すのみである。
