ない。ただ漫然と思っている、この器具は人並びに鳥獣を区別せず、凡そ生き
ているものは遠近を選ばず、たちまち死なせてしまう神器であると。
○またフライデーの見ていない所で鉛弾と火薬を詰め、良い獲
物を待ったが来ない。遂に城に帰る。彼は羊の皮を剥ぎ、肉一切れ
を煮て与えると大いに悦び美味であるとした。しかしながら塩を用い
ることを嫌がる。私が少しばかりの塩を彼の口中に入れると、たちまち吐き気を催し

パンの製法を教える。またすぐに習得した。○一人分増えた故に田

だろうか、常に労働して私を助け、かつて怠ることがない。○荒島に多
