〇正月朔日に雨なくして西北の方より大風吹は其
年には人 民（みん）病（やまひ）にうれへる也

也又北風が吹けば水害がある。
○正月元日に雨が降らず西北の方から大風が吹けば、その年には人民が病気に悩まされる。
