一久利須村領山之内に長さ八間程幅三間程有之候塚御座候此

一赤丸村領之内真言宗鞍馬寺と申寺御座候昔は七ヶ坊有之山
号は川人山と唱申候由昔年川人権現御社開闢は 元正天皇
二之宮様同村領浅井之城に被成御座候時分城山之岸へ小矢
部川通りあこか渕と申所に権現御神体流懸り有之候を猟師
取揚宮様へ御注進申上候処養老元年七堂伽藍御建立
に而都をまなひ清水賀茂山王八幡宮を御建立被成其上寺数
七ヶ坊御建立被成其時分宮様御参詣之処七ヶ坊より御酒
上ヶ申候得は宮様御盃を御取上被成候処御盃之中へ天井
百足二ッ御盃之内へ落入候へは毘沙門天と被思召寺号を
鞍馬寺山号を川人山と御定被成其時分まては郷之名を
吉岡之庄と申候へ共宮様五位庄と御付替被成候由其以後伽
藍兵火に而致焼失只今以七堂伽藍并宮屋敷御座候其跡に
草社を結ひ五拾三ヶ村を知識を引神事相勤申候三社権現
は赤丸村石堤村領之内に有之候宮様薄墨之御判之物も
頂戴仕候得共其砌炎焼仕候由右七ヶ坊之内東之坊与申
一ヶ坊残り有之候其子孫之由に而最法院と申山伏右鞍馬
寺之宮之別当于今居申候
一石堤村領之内谷内と申所有之候昔浄土真宗長光寺応安
弐年寺相立申由建立之願主は織田陸奥守氏知と申者石
堤村地頭に而御座候処其身坊主に罷成寺建立仕寺内に
右氏知墓有之由申伝候
一市ノ谷村領ノ内に蛇池と申池有之候得共由来之品相知不申候

一 久利須村の領地の山中に長さ八間ほど、幅三間ほどある塚がある。この塚については先年より俊寛塚と言い伝えられている。
一 赤丸村の領地内に真言宗鞍馬寺という寺がある。昔は七ヶ坊があり、山号は川人山と称していたという。昔年、川人権現御社の開闢は、元正天皇の二之宮様が同村領の浅井の城にいらっしゃった時分、城山の岸へ小矢部川が通り、あこが淵という所に権現の御神体が流れかかっていたのを猟師が取り上げ、宮様へ御注進申し上げたところ、養老元年に七堂伽藍を御建立になり、都を模倣して清水・賀茂・山王・八幡宮を御建立になり、その上寺数七ヶ坊を御建立された。その時分宮様が御参詣の際、七ヶ坊より御酒を上げ申したところ、宮様が御盃をお取り上げになった時、御盃の中へ天井から百足が二匹、御盃の内へ落ち入ったので、毘沙門天と思し召し、寺号を鞍馬寺、山号を川人山とお定めになった。その時分までは郷の名を吉岡の庄と申していたが、宮様が五位庄とお付け替えになったという。その後伽藍は兵火で焼失し、今でも七堂伽藍並びに宮屋敷があり、その跡に草社を結い、五十三ヶ村を知識として神事を勤めている。三社権現は赤丸村・石堤村の領地内にある。宮様の薄墨の御判の物も頂戴していたが、その折に炎焼したという。この七ヶ坊の内、東の坊という一ヶ坊の残りがあり、その子孫ということで最法院という山伏が、この鞍馬寺の宮の別当として今でも住んでいる。
一 石堤村の領地内に谷内という所がある。昔、浄土真宗長光寺が応安二年に寺を建立したという。建立の願主は織田陸奥守氏知という者で、石堤村の地頭であったが、その身が坊主となって寺建立し、寺内にこの氏知の墓があると言い伝えられている。
一 市ノ谷村の領地内に蛇池という池があるが、由来については分からない。蛇池とまで言い伝えられている。
一 隠尾村の領地内に古城跡がある。この城主は渡辺源左衛門という者

1. In the mountains within the territory of Kurisu Village, there is a mound about eight ken long and three ken wide. This mound has been called Shunkan Mound since ancient times.
1. Within the territory of Akamaru Village, there is a Shingon sect temple called Kuramadera. In the past, it had seven sub-temples, and its mountain name was called Kawahitoyama. Long ago, the founding of Kawahito Gongen Shrine occurred when Prince Genshō Tennō's Second Prince was residing at Asai Castle in the same village territory. At that time, the Oyabe River flowed along the cliff of the castle mountain, and a divine body of the gongen deity was found floating at a place called Akoga Pool. A hunter retrieved it and reported to the Prince. In Yōrō 1 (717), seven-hall temple complex was built, imitating the capital with the construction of Kiyomizu, Kamo, Sannō, and Hachiman shrines, and additionally seven sub-temples were established. When the Prince visited for worship, the seven sub-temples offered sake, and when the Prince lifted his cup, two centipedes fell from the ceiling into the cup. Thinking this was Bishamonten, he designated the temple name as Kuramadera and the mountain name as Kawahitoyama. Until that time, the district was called Yoshioka-no-shō, but the Prince renamed it Goi-no-shō. Later, the temple complex was destroyed by war fires. Even now, the sites of the seven halls and shrine buildings remain, where grass shrines have been built, and religious ceremonies are conducted with fifty-three villages as supporters. The Three Shrine Gongen is located within the territories of Akamaru Village and Ishizutsumi Village. They had received documents with the Prince's light ink seal, but these were burned in the fire. Among the seven sub-temples, one called Higashi-no-bō remains, and its descendant, a mountain ascetic called Saihōin, still serves as the head priest of this Kuramadera shrine.
1. Within the territory of Ishizutsumi Village, there is a place called Yachi. Long ago, a Jōdo Shinshū temple called Chōkōji was established in Ōan 2 (1369). The patron who established it was a person named Oda Mutsu-no-kami Ujitomo, who was the local lord of Ishizutsumi Village but became a monk and built the temple. It is said that Ujitomo's grave is within the temple grounds.
1. Within the territory of Ichinoya Village, there is a pond called Hebi-ike (Snake Pond), but its origins are unknown. It is simply called Snake Pond in tradition.
