在城之由申伝候
一庄金剛寺村領之内だん与申所に古城跡有之候石黒与三左衛門与
申者在城の由申伝候
一安川村領之内に鬼ヶ城与申古城跡有之候得共誰人之在城
御座候哉相知不申候
一常国村領之内に弓清水与申所御座候二間四方許之清水有之
昔年木曽殿被通候時分弓に而掘被申清水之由申伝候射水
砺波領酒井境に而御座候
射水郡
一小杦三ヶ村領之内高寺与申所に蓮王寺と申真言宗之寺有之
此寺昔年ゆり若大臣鷹の為に建立之由其砌は七堂伽藍に而
寺も十二ヶ寺有之由中古越後謙信当国発向之時分兵火
に而焼失仕候旨に御座候今以丈六之弥陀之御首手足并長ヶ
八尺許之仁王之御首も有之候行基ほさつ之作仏之由則右之寺
山号往古より鷹王山与申伝候
一同所に長さ五尺四五寸許之石塔御座候昔年より田原藤太之
石塔之由申伝候得共文字等相見へ不申候
一橋下条村領之内古城跡御座候此城主神保長職与申人在城
之由申伝候
一同近所に山王八幡山与申所有之候昔年此所に八幡山王両社
相立有之候由右長職落城之時分焼失仕候由申伝候
一同村領之内に日光与申田之あさ名有之候此所昔年日光権現
鎮座被成由に而其所を于今日光与申伝候
一水戸田村領之内熊野山与申候而先年熊野権現御鎮座之由
其砌は寺抔も多く有之候処右神保長職落城之時分不残
退転仕候由申伝候右社跡只今は松林に而御座候

在城していたと言い伝えられている。
一 庄金剛寺村の領地内の「だん」という所に古城跡がある。石黒与三左衛門という者が在城していたと言い伝えられている。
一 安川村の領地内に鬼ヶ城という古城跡があるが、誰が在城していたかは分からない。
一 常国村の領地内に弓清水という所がある。二間四方ほどの清水があり、昔年木曽殿が通られた時分に弓で掘られた清水だと言い伝えられている。射水・砺波領の酒井境にある。
射水郡
一 小杉三ヶ村の領地内の高寺という所に蓮王寺という真言宗の寺がある。この寺は昔年、ゆり若大臣が鷹のために建立したという。その折は七堂伽藍で、寺も十二ヶ寺あったという。中古、越後謙信が当国へ発向した時分に兵火で焼失したとのことである。今でも丈六の弥陀の御首・手足並びに長さ八尺ほどの仁王の御首もある。行基菩薩の作仏だという。この寺の山号は往古より鷹王山と言い伝えられている。
一 同所に長さ五尺四五寸ほどの石塔がある。昔年より田原藤太の石塔だと言い伝えられているが、文字等は見えない。
一 橋下条村の領地内に古城跡がある。この城主は神保長職という人が在城していたと言い伝えられている。
一 同じ近所に山王八幡山という所がある。昔年この所に八幡・山王両社が建立されていたという。この長職が落城した時分に焼失したと言い伝えられている。
一 同村の領地内に日光という田の字名がある。この所は昔年日光権現が鎮座されたことから、その所を今でも日光と言い伝えている。
一 水戸田村の領地内を熊野山と申し、先年熊野権現が御鎮座されたという。その折は寺なども多くあったところ、この神保長職が落城した時分に残らず退転したと言い伝えられている。この社跡は今では松林となっている。

Even now, there remain the head, hands and feet of a jōroku Amida Buddha, as well as the head of a Niō guardian about eight shaku long. These are said to be Buddhist statues created by Gyōki Bosatsu. The mountain name of this temple has been called Takaozan (Falcon King Mountain) since ancient times.
