現代語訳

差は毫釐の如くとも、謬ること千里を以ってす。按ずるに易語は即ち易緯の文なり。詳しくは孫奕『示児編』巻四を見よ。 邪を逐うに意を注ぎ結糞に拘るなかれについて(『類編』巻一では「邪を逐うに意を注ぎ結糞に拘るなかれ論」と作る) 門を開きて賊を袪う法について。『外台』巻十九、陰陽表裏灸法を論じて、蘇恭云く「凡そ灸は湯薬を廃せず、薬はその内を攻め、灸はその外を洩らす。譬えば門を開きて賊を駆るが如し。賊は則ち出易し。若し戸を閉じてこれを逐わば、賊は出る路無く、当に反って人を害すべきのみ」と。 掣肘について。『家語』巻八屈節解に云く「二史をして書かしむ。方に書かんとすれば、輒ちその肘を掣く。書善からざれば則ち従ってこれを怒る」と。 下すこと遅きを厭わざるの説について。此の事知り難し。下すこと晩きを厭わざるは、是れ善く守ると為す。 虎を養いて患いを遺すについて。『史記』項羽本紀に「此れ所謂虎を養いて自ら患いを遺すなり」と。 更衣せざること十日にして苦しむ所無しについて。『傷寒論』陽明篇、五苓散条の語なり。 滞下について。厳用和『済生方』に曰く「今の論ずる所の痢疾は、即ち古方の所謂滞下なり」と。 芍薬湯について。方は戦汗条に出づ。 その人平素大便実せずについて。大便条に云く「大腸膠閉なる者は、その人平素大便実せず。設い疫邪の裡に伝うるに遇わば、但だ蒸作するのみ」と。

When the writing was not good, he would consequently become angry with them." The theory of not disliking slowness in purging: This matter is difficult to understand. Not disliking lateness in purging is considered good preservation. Raising tigers brings trouble: The Records of the Grand Historian, Xiang Yu's biography states: "This is what is called raising tigers and bringing trouble upon oneself." No distress from not having bowel movements for ten days: This is language from the Treatise on Cold Damage, Yang Ming section, Wuling Powder passage. Regarding "stagnant diarrhea": Yan Yonghe's "Jisheng Fang" states: "What we now discuss as dysentery is what ancient prescriptions called 'stagnant diarrhea.'" Peony Decoction: The prescription appears in the battle sweat section. Regarding "this person's usual bowel movements are not solid": The bowel movement section states: "For those with intestinal adhesive obstruction, this person's usual bowel movements are not solid. If epidemic pathogen happens to transmit to the interior, it merely steams and develops..."
