発斑戦汗合論 戦汗に従う者は頓解せしむべく、発斑に従う者は当に漸愈を図るべし:劉松峯曰く「戦汗も亦未だ能く頓解せざる者有り、発斑も亦漸愈を待たずして便ち脱然たる者有り、未だ概論すべからず」と。 当に発斑の条、疫に九伝有りて治法の条と参考すべし。 戦汗 疫邪表裏分伝云云、瘟疫下後煩渇減ず云云:劉松峯云く「上の二段、戦汗と関無し」と。 応下失下:葉天士曰く「邪始終気分に在りて流連する者は、その戦汗を冀うべし。透邪の法宜しく胃を益し、邪をして汗と併せしめ、熱腠に達して開き、邪汗に従いて出で、解後胃気空虚となり、当に膚冷やること一昼夜、気の還るを待ちて、自ら温暖なること常の如くなるべし。蓋し戦汗して解するは、邪退き正虚し、陽汗に従いて泄るるが故に、漸く膚冷やす。未だ必ずしも即ち脱症と成らず。此の時宜しく安舒静臥し、以て陽気の来復を養うべし。旁人切に驚惶すること勿れ、頻々に呼喚して、其の元気を擾すること勿れ。但だ其の脈を診じ、若し虚軟和緩なれば、倦臥して語らずと雖も、汗出でて膚冷やすも、却って脱証に非ず。若し脈急疾にして、躁擾して臥せざれば、膚冷やして汗出づるは、便ち気脱の証と為す。更に邪盛んにして正虚し、一戦して解する能わず、一二日を停めて、再び戦汗して愈ゆる者有り、知らざるべからず」と。 戦汗後復た下後:劉松峯云く「復の字疑を存す」と。 腹痛止まざる者は滞下を作さんと欲するなり:劉松峯云く「解後も亦有り」
