現代語訳
昔の人は血を奪われると汗が出ないとした：『霊枢』営衛生会篇に「営衛とは精気なり、血とは神気なり。故に血と気とは、名は異なるが同類である。故に血を奪われた者は汗が出ず、汗を奪われた者は血がない」とある。
補瀉兼施
搏血：劉松峯は「搏とは撃つことである」と述べている。
黄龍湯：原典は『傷寒六書』に見える。
これが補瀉を兼ね施す方法である：下巻の「応補諸証」の条を参考にすべきである。

The ancients held that those who lose blood have no sweating: The Huangdi Neijing Lingshu, "Chapter on the Generation and Meeting of Nutritive and Defensive Qi" states: "Nutritive and defensive qi are essential qi; blood is spirit qi. Therefore, blood and qi have different names but are of the same category. Hence, those who lose blood have no sweating, and those who lose sweating have no blood."
