二つの名色を両立させるべきであるというのは、また誤りである。
清燥養栄湯：処方は「解後宜養陰」の条に見える。
奪気不語
時疫について云々、常に裏床に向かって睡る：劉松峯は「陰証に類するが実際はそうではない」と述べている。
これは正気が奪われたものである：『脈要精微論』に「言って微かであり、終日にしてようやく復た言う者は、これは奪気である」とある。
人参養栄湯：処方は「補瀉兼施」の条に見える。
劉松峯は次のように述べている：「瘟疫で汗下を失した場合、もともと不語という一証がある。これは悪い兆候である。ただ竹瀝を多服すれば効果を得ることができる。この不語については、下後の奪気四字に着眼すべきである。汗を失し下を失したことによる不語とは、全く異なるものである。」

癉瘧熱短：畜血の条に「夜に至って発熱し、また癉瘧がある」とある。
