業広は「小便閉塞には大承気湯を用いるべし」と述べている。これは伝変不常の条に見える。小便不利は熱結膀胱によるものであり、小便自利は畜血によるものとして責めるべきである。畜血の条を参照。小便の赤白によって陰陽を分ける法は、陽証似陰の条に見える。これらは併せて参考にすべきである。この篇は小便を題としながらこれに及んでいないのは何故か。
薬を三等に分ける：劉松峯は「原方が一つ目、大黄を加えるのが二つ目、抵当湯が三つ目である」と述べている。
前後虚実（類編巻一では「先後虚実論」となっている）
仮に先に実があって後に虚となる者について：劉松峯は「この虚は先の下法により血液が搏尽した虚であり、平日の虚怯の虚と同じではない」と述べている。
脈厥（類編巻三）
微細而軟：劉松峯は「軟脈は特に虚と誤認しやすい」と述べている。
脈証不応（類編巻一では「脈症不応論」となっている）
濇脈である：劉松峯は「渋脈は流利でないだけで、止歇があるわけではない。この説は適切ではない」と述べている。桂山先生は「脈経では濇脈は細而遅、往来且散、或一止、復来とある。濇脈に歇止がないというのも、何と考証が不足していることか」と述べている。

Yeeguang said, "For urinary retention, Major Order the Qi Decoction should be used." This is found in the section on irregular pattern transformations. Urinary dysfunction is due to heat binding in the bladder, and when urination is spontaneous, it should be attributed to blood stasis. See the blood stasis section. The method of distinguishing yin and yang by the red and white color of urine is found in the section on yang patterns resembling yin patterns. All of these should be consulted together. Why does this chapter title mention urination but not elaborate on it?
