梅丸の主治の文、
胃中が冷えれば必ず蚘を吐く《六オ》 傷寒論、太陽中篇によると、病人に寒があって
再び発汗させると、胃中が冷えて必ず蚘を吐く、
呃逆 《類編巻三《十二ウ》》
白虎証を見れば則ち白虎湯を投じ承気証を見れば則ち承気湯を投ず《六ウ》 劉松
峯が言うには、この二証は、瘟疫中に常にある、○按ずるに金匱要略嘔吐噦下利
篇では、噦があって腹が満ちれば、その前後を視て、何の部が不利かを知り、これを利すれば即ち愈える、
丁香柿蒂散《六ウ》 全生集、丁香柿蒂散は、陰症の呃逆
及び胸中の虚寒、呃逆が止まないものを治す、丁香・柿蒂《各一匁五分》・茴香・乾
姜・良姜・陳皮《各一匁》を各々細末とし、熱い姜湯で調えて服下し、止まなければ
再び服用すべし、 劉松峯が言うには、柿蒂は呃を治し、寒熱の薬中ともに治療に加えることができる、まさに
茵陳が陰黄・陽黄を兼ね治すのと同じである、知らないではいけない、
四逆湯の功効は殊に絶大である《六ウ》 劉松峯が言うには、胃寒の呃逆は、瘟疫には
ないが、ただ連類してこれに及ぶのである、
劉松峯が言うには、瘟疫の呃逆は、大いに凶候であるが、しかし治療法を得れば、また自ずと
支障はない、
表に似て表に非ず裏に似て裏に非ず《類編巻一《十八オ》では表に似て
表ならず裏に似て裏ならず論と作る》
汗を出すか若しくは下した後云々渾身の支節反って痛みが甚だしく加わる《七ウ》 疫には九つの
伝の治法の条があり、《四十ウ》 文は異なるが義は同じ、参考にできる、按ずるにこの証は仲景の桂

Clove and Persimmon Calyx Powder《6 Back》 Quansheng Ji: Clove and Persimmon Calyx Powder treats yin-type hiccups
and chest center deficiency cold with persistent hiccups. Clove and persimmon calyx《1.5 monme each》, fennel, dried
ginger, galangal, and aged citrus peel《1 monme each》 are each made into fine powder, mixed with hot ginger decoction and taken. If not stopped, should
take again. Liu Songfeng says that persimmon calyx treats hiccups and can be added to treatments in both cold and heat medicines, just like
how Yinchen treats both yin jaundice and yang jaundice. This must be understood.
The efficacy of Sini Tang is exceptionally outstanding《6 Back》 Liu Songfeng says that stomach cold hiccups do not exist in
epidemic diseases, but are merely mentioned by association,
Liu Songfeng says that hiccups in epidemic diseases are greatly ominous signs, but if treated with proper methods, there is naturally
no harm,

not exterior, resembling interior but not interior theory"》
