畏寒、的係三陰之寒証、即使其本領強壮、又絶慾

渇、並无三陰之症、即使其人本体虚弱、又復房労
過度、亦従陽治、如傷寒論中陽明大熱之症、宜用
葛根白虎等方者、瞬息之間、転入三陰、即改用温
補、若陰症転陽証、亦即用涼散、此一定之法也、近

参考にすることができる、
人参は元気を益す極品である云々《十七ウ》 人参の利害については、人参使用の
宜忌条、《上の三十》黄龍湯方の後、《上の三十五オ》乗除条、《五十一オウ》を見よ
陰証は世間では稀有であることを論ずる 《類編巻一《十五オ》では陰症世間罕有論と作る》
少艾《十八オ》 孟子に、美色を好むことを知れば少艾を慕うとある、
房事の後に病気になる《十八オ》 劉松峯が言うには、欲望の後に温病に感染するのは、ただ身体が
虚弱怯弱になり、壮健な者と比べて、治療が困難になるだけである、○方有執が言うには、俗説では専ら男女の交
合で、偶然傷害を受けたものを、陰証とするが、下医もまたこれに乗じて、膠着して迷い
同じく酔ったような状態となり、ついに一般的に大きな誤りを生じた、《傷寒論条弁五《一ウ》》楊雲峰が言うには、三陰は
それぞれに分証があるが、今の人は房労の後に病気になると、すぐに陰証と名付け、そのため
病家は語ることを忌み嫌って聞くことを悪む、これもまた笑うべきことである、房労後の病気は、虚を挟んだもので、感染には
陰もあり陽もあり、必ずしも陰ではない、《西塘感症評注》徐霊胎が言うには、およそ病気を治療する
法は、総じて目前の現れている証と脈を見るのである、もし果たして六脈が沈遅で、表裏ともに
寒がり、確実に三陰の寒証であるならば、たとえその本来の体力が強壮で、また禁欲を
十年続けても、陰治に従う、もし現れた脈症が、確実に陽邪で、発熱し煩
渇があり、並びに三陰の症が無いならば、たとえその人の本来の体質が虚弱で、また房労が
過度であっても、陽治に従う、傷寒論中の陽明大熱の症で、
葛根白虎等の方剤を用いるべき者が、瞬時の間に、三陰に転入すれば、即座に温
補に改め、もし陰症が陽証に転ずれば、また即座に涼散を用いる、これが一定の法である、近
