宜微汗之《割書：廿四｜オ》 劉松峯曰、瘟疫不宜発汗、而此云汗
之、蘇麻固不能発瘟疫之汗、即羗防芷葛、止宜用
為臣使、唯有浮苹可発瘟疫之汗、且与腫脹更覚
相宜也、
或見絶穀期月云云必劇《割書：廿四｜ウ》 劉松峯曰、此節無絶
穀字様、此三句疑在上節中、錯簡在此、
妊娠更多此証《割書：廿四｜ウ》 劉松峯曰、此字又指本節、
服寒剤反熱 《割書：類編巻一《割書：三十｜六ウ》作服薬剤反熱論》
人身之火無処不有云云《割書：廿四｜ウ》 夢筆録曰、土中石中
金中海中樹中、敲之、撃之、鑽之、無不有火出焉、則
此火能蔵神于万物、而又能生万物也、又云、此火
一散則百骸廃、人初死時、百骸俱存、独此煖気一
去、則四大皆潰散矣、
百病発熱皆由於壅欝《割書：廿四｜ウ》・呂氏春秋達欝篇曰、病
之留、悪之生也、精気欝也、
今投寒剤抑遏胃気《割書：廿五｜オ》 妄投寒涼薬条可参攷、《割書：上ノ｜四十オ》

有潜消者《割書：廿六｜オ》 劉松峯曰、此処挿此句、不倫、移在下

発頤疙瘩瘡《割書：廿六｜ウ》 又見雑気篇、《割書：一ウ》
現代語訳
微汗させるのがよい《二十四オ》 劉松峯が言うには、温疫には発汗させるべきではないが、ここでは汗をかかせると言う、
蘇麻は固より温疫の汗を発することができず、たとえ羌活・防風・白芷・葛根であっても、ただ臣薬・使薬として用いるのがよく、
ただ浮萍だけが温疫の汗を発することができ、しかも腫脹に対してはさらに相応しいと感じられる、
絶食して期月に及ぶのを見れば必ず重篤である《二十四ウ》 劉松峯が言うには、この節に絶穀の字句はない様子で、
この三句は疑うに上節の中にあるべきもので、錯簡してここにあると思われる、
妊娠にはこの症状がより多い《二十四ウ》 劉松峯が言うには、この字はまた本節を指している、
寒剤を服用したのに反って熱する 《類編巻一《三十六ウ》では服薬剤反熱論と作る》
人身の火は存在しない処はない云々《二十四ウ》 夢筆録に言うには、土中・石中・
金中・海中・樹中を、叩く、撃つ、鑽孔するなど、火が出ないものはない、則ち
この火は神を万物に蔵することができ、また万物を生ずることもできる、また言うには、この火が
一度散じれば百骸は廃れ、人が初めて死ぬ時、百骸は皆存在するが、ただこの暖気が一度
去れば、則ち四大は皆潰散してしまう、
百病の発熱は皆壅鬱によるものである《二十四ウ》・呂氏春秋達鬱篇に言うには、病が
留まり、悪が生じるのは、精気が鬱滞するからである、
今寒剤を投与して胃気を抑遏する《二十五オ》 妄投寒涼薬条を参考にできる、《上の四十オ》
知一 《類編巻一《十二オ》では温疫百端受邪則一論と作る》
