血也、感而即発、俗謂之腸風、赤小豆当帰散主之、

始めから終わりまで食事ができる者《二十六ウ》 劉松峯が言うには、順証である、
絶食すること一両月《二十六ウ》 劉松峯が言うには、逆証である、
按ずるに劉松峯が増し添えた所によれば、さらに嘔逆する者あり、嘔吐・噦する者あり、喘嗽する
者あり、蛔厥する者あり、浮腫する者あり、善怒する者あり、昏迷する時、眼皮が自ずから
動き、抽扯すること中風の状の如く、舌短く、狂走・狂語し、呼号・詈罵し、殴打し、
笑哂し、脈厥・体厥等の十余句があり、皆本書の漏れる所であるから、当に参互すべきである、
その一を知れば万事畢る《二十七オ》 荘子天地篇に、一に通ずれば万事
畢ると、
その要を知る者は一言にして終わる云々《二十七オ》 霊枢九鍼十二原の文、また
素問至真要大論・六元正紀大論にも見える、
これを統べて言えば《二十七ウ》 類編では、統を推に改める、
四損は正治すべからず《類編巻一《二十八ウ》では四損不可正治論と作る》
